More About Eckert AgriMarketing

The Fall Season is fast approaching. For those of us in the agritourism business, we know that this can be the largest revenue season of the year. Just ask those folks who are only open for October and corn mazes.
It's something about the fall weather, back to school and the starting of the gridiron that seems to attract people to our farms that may not come out any other time of year.
You can maximize the revenue from the fall season in a number of ways:
- Product variety- Pumpkins, painted pumpkins, gourds, squash, mums, Indian corn, etc.
- Fall food specialties- Donuts, cider, funnel cakes, kettle corn, brats, and apples are all “fall on the farm” favorites
- Fall activities- count the fun! Wagon rides, bonfires, pony rides, mazes, and pig races are major fun, and participation games include contests, puppet making, pumpkin sling, costume contests, and much more.
If you are still looking for fall suppliers of products, you might want to check out our Eckert AgriMarketing's Buyers Guide.

While it's too late for you to strike up a deal with the Red Sox to cut a maze I thought you'd like to see what Charlie Peavey in Corinna, Maine has done to attract publicity. He's betting on a home run and I'm sure it will happen with the early coverage that he has already received.
Farm Maze is Heaven for Red Sox Fans
