Resources for Meeting Planners

This page is specifically for meeting planners that have booked Jane Eckert for an Agritourism presentation, and provides you with the information and details that will help assure this to be a successful meeting. Once we have agreed upon a date, time, and presentation topics, we will mail you our standard contract for signature and 50% deposit.

1. Pre-Program Questionnaire

In order to make the best presentation possible, I'd like to know more about your group. This allows me to tailor my information to this particular audience. Please complete the questionnaire and mail or email me your responses.

I also would like a copy of your conference logo, which will be used in customizing our presentation materials.

2. Audio Visual Requirements for the Presentation

Here's what I'll need for your presentation. You may download a copy of this list to forward to the convention audio visual services.

• LCD Projector for PowerPoint Presentation
• LCD Screen for PowerPoint Presentation
• Jane Eckert will provide her own Sony VAIO laptop computer:
